Domestic/International Return Policy

If you’re not in love with your order, web orders are eligible for a full refund if returned to our Online Returns Department within 14 days of the delivery date.

All returns must meet the following requirements.

• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any alteration, damage, and scents such as perfume, smoke, etc.

• Merchandise must have all tags attached.

• Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit, exchange, or refund.

• Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition,

How To Return Merchandise

Please note, that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  A Return Shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing Time

Once your package arrives your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.  Your banking institution may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
